Return policy

At Terkay, you have 14 days after receiving the package to return your products to us and proceed with an exchange, request a credit or a refund.

To validate your return, the products must be returned to us complete, clean, folded and in the same condition as you received them (label(s) attached to the packaging).

In order to combat abuse, shipping costs are not refundable and return costs remain your responsibility (the latter will be deducted from your refund).

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse. They will be automatically applied to the account associated with the bank card used for the purchase or to the PayPal account used for payment.

Our refund conditions only apply to individuals. For businesses, products are neither returned nor exchanged if they have been washed or used.

How to make a return?

All you need to do is go to our Contact portal, or contact us by email at contact.terkay@gmail.com , giving us your number. order and the item(s) you wish to return to us.

We will then send you:

- a return form to print and include in your package.

- the return slip to print and stick on your package. (Please note that the carrier will be the same as the one chosen when ordering)

Upon receipt of your package, your request will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will then refund your item(s) via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Important: the items are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises.

In which cases can I not be reimbursed?

  1. If the return process has not been followed.
  2. If the product has been used or is not in the same condition in which you received it.
  3. If the shipment has not arrived at your destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when you ordered.
  4. Certain products, such as personalized items or products that have been used or damaged by the customer, cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Exchange :

If you wish to exchange a product for another model or size, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Return and reshipping costs will be at your expense unless there is a defect or error on our part.
