Return policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. Beyond this period, no item can be exchanged or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and complete (tags attached, packaging).

In order to combat abuse, shipping costs are not refundable and return costs remain your responsibility (the latter will be deducted from your refund). *

How to make a return?

All you need to do is go to our Contact portal, or contact us by email at contact.terkay@gmail.com , giving us your number. order and the item(s) you wish to return to us.

We will then send you:

- a return form to print and include in your package.

- the return slip to print and stick on your package. (Please note that the carrier will be the same as the one chosen when ordering)

Upon receipt of your package, your request will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will then refund your item(s) via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Important: the items are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises.

In which cases can I not be reimbursed?

  1. If the return process has not been followed.
  2. If the product has been used or is not in the same condition in which you received it.
  3. If the shipment has not arrived at your destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when you ordered.
  4. Certain products, such as personalized items or products that have been used or damaged by the customer, cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Exchange :

If you wish to exchange a product for another model or size, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Return and reshipping costs will be at your expense unless there is a defect or error on our part.
