Your orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 days (excluding weekends and Belgian public holidays).
Orders placed during holiday periods require additional time which may extend shipping times by up to 7 days.
You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number to keep you informed of each step during delivery.

- If the ordered product is in stock, we will ensure that your order is prepared within 2 to 5 working days. Items that are not in stock are no longer available for purchase. We will inform you of the delivery date in your order confirmation.
- The shipment of your order always takes place at our risk, so you never have to worry about possible loss of goods in the post. The return shipment of goods that you return to us within 14 days of purchase because you do not wish to keep them, always takes place at your own risk.
- If the goods delivered by us have been damaged during transport, do not correspond to the items listed on the delivery note or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must notify us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 3 days of delivery and you must then return the items in question to us within 14 days of receipt.
